The management of our company comprises of three full time working partners handling different departments to their best and working towards the growth of MCM.
CA. M.C. MAHESHWARI?

The senior most partner who laid down the foundation of MCM in 1981, whose ideas, efforts, strong determination and commitments led to the growth and recognition of us.
Mr. M.C. Maheshwari pursued his graduation from Uttar Pradesh and started his career as a Chartered Accountant in the year of 1978 from Delhi. He worked with various companies, industries and gained loads of experience in Audits, Taxation and Advisory services before coming into practice in the year of 1981. He was then awarded Fellow Membership by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in the year of 1984.
He never learned to look back and never feared any challenges, thus leading him to great recognition acceptance and was admitted as member of the PEER REVIEW BOARD of the ICAI in the year of 2004.
Holding an experience of more then 30 years, Mr. M.C. Maheshwari has handled various different assignments viz.
- Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Due Diligence of various Corporate, Financial Institutions, Manufacturing and Service Industries, Hotels, Hospitals, Government Companies etc.

CA. VIKAS MAHESHWARI
[B.Com (H), FCA, DISA, MBA]
A young, aesthetic, dynamic, innovative professional with astute brain having forward looking and conclusive approach who has with his skills has further led to the growth and recognition of our company.
Mr. Vikas Maheshwari pursued his graduation from Delhi University and was awarded B.Com (Hons.) degree in the year of 2002. He began his career in Chartered Accountancy along with the graduation and became associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year of 2003. After qualification he joined KPMG, known as one of the Big Four professional Firms across the globe. He gain experience in the field of Audit and US GAAP.
He qualified Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the ICAI in the year of 2004 qualifying him to act as an Information System (IS) Auditor. In the year of 2005, he came into practice and joined MCM to work solely towards our profession and the growth of MCM.
His enthusiasm to gain knowledge made him pursue Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and was awarded MBA Degree in Finance and International Business in the year of 2009. Further, he was awarded Fellow membership by the ICAI in the year of 2009 recognizing his more than 5 years of contribution to the profession.
Further, gaining interests in International Taxation and to provide professional services to the international clients, he was awarded "Certificate Course on International Taxation" by the ICAI in the year 2010.
He is actively conducting Audits of various Share Broking Companies as their Internal Auditor and IS Auditor and has also participated in training programmes organized by the National Institute of Securities Market (NISM) on behalf Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for training the auditors and also holds BSE Certification on Central Depository (BCCD) awarded by the Bombay Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (BSE).
His contribution towards the growth of MCM has been great and has always been increasing. He specializes in :

A young and hard working professional started his career in Chartered Accountancy profession in the year 2005 and became the Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He started of his career in practice of Chartered Accountancy professional immediately after qualifying and joined MCM in the year 2009. Since then he has contributing in the growth and prosperity of our company.
